Ring Central Fax

- Very easy to use desktop software.
Ring Central Fax's desktop software makes Ring Central one of the most convenient online fax services around. Their software also has a number of features which will save you hours of your time. MyFax
MyFax is is very similar to Ring Central. A great price, easy to use product, and great customer service is always a winner.
With MyFax, there is no extra hardware or software needed. You can use it right from you internet browser, or use it with which ever email program you use.
MyFax has some of the best features, compared to the other services we reviewed. They support over 178 different file types. MyFax allows users to send faxes to up to nine recipients at once.
Overall, MyFax is one of the easiest and compatible fax services available. You can use MyFax the same way you use your email, and you can even use their service from you cellphone or smart phone. Like Ring Central, MyFax is a winner, and you can't go wrong with either of these two companies. You will love their free 30 day trial.

Nextiva
Nextiva is another great fax company. The great thing about the online fax market, is there is a lot of competition, which means consumers get the highest quality product possible, at the lowest price.
Like Ring Central, Nextiva is a VoIP company who expanded into the online fax market. In their short stint in the market, Nextiva has established themselves as one of the best, and it all started with their prices. Nextiva has the lowest prices of all the companies we have reviewed. At $6.95 per month, and a great product, Nextiva made our top 5 list.
Nextiva has a lot of great features, however, they do lack a few, which makes them a slight step below Ring Central and MyFax. Nextiva does not allow you to add digital signatures to your faxes, nor do they allow vanity fax numbers. If it weren't for these two minor things, Nextiva would be one of the best. Nonetheless, Nextiva is worth a try, especially if those feature do not matter to you. With the lowest prices online, Nextiva may be your ideal fax service.

RapidFax
Our RapidFax review is very simple and straight forward.
At $9.99 per month, it makes it comparable to other fax services online. Their features are above average, including all the features one might to to fax via their computer, email and/or cell phone. RapidFax is also extremely easy to use.
The biggest downside to RapidFax is their customer service. Not only do they not have a toll free support number, they are slow in replying to emails.
Our recommendation is, if you are familiar with online fax services, than RapidFax could work for you. However, if this is your first time signing up for a fax service and may need support, you may want to look elsewhere. Once again, they have a free 30 day trial, so you have nothing to lose. You may find with their features, and ease of use, this is the best program for you.
Give RapidFax a try today, you have nothing to lose, it's a free 30 day trial.
eFax
eFax is the most branded online fax company. They have a simple, catch domain name, and have done their fair share of marketing. However, as with most well known companies, they often rely on their name for business, and lack in certain areas.
eFax is in the same situation as RapidFax. They have a great product, with above average features but their customer support is lacking. eFax does at least have support their to 'listen' to your problems, but many of them lack the knowledge to help, and/or rather than help, try to get you to upgrade your package.
Overall, eFax makes #5 on our list. They are a good service, but need a serious upgrade in the support department.
